Customized Products
All customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their unique and personalized nature. Please confirm all details carefully before placing your order.
Quality Issues
If the product you received has a manufacturing defect or quality issue (excluding damage caused by human factors), you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receipt.
- Please provide your order number, product photos, and a description of the issue.
- Once the issue is confirmed by us, we will arrange a return or exchange.
Return Procedure
- Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email to submit your return/exchange request.
- Upon approval, we will provide the return address and instructions.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within the specified timeframe.
Shipping Costs
- For returns/exchanges due to quality issues, the shipping cost will be covered by us.
- Non-quality related returns or exchanges are not accepted. Any unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Exclusions
The following cases are not covered under our return/exchange policy:
- Damage caused by improper use or handling by the customer.
- Normal wear and tear.
