Customized Products
All customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their unique and personalized nature. Please confirm all details carefully before placing your order.Quality Issues
If the product you received has a manufacturing defect or quality issue (excluding damage caused by human factors), you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receipt.Please provide your order number, product photos, and a description of the issue.
Once the issue is confirmed by us, we will arrange a return or exchange.
Return Procedure

Upon approval, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within the specified timeframe.
Shipping Costs
